Well i been dating this girl for about 3 months then we broke up. it was kind of a thing where she was nice but i couldn't really end because she was the first one i like but did not like sexual.(i like a challenge in my girls.) anyway a few days after we broke up she moved in to the apartment next to me. she was planing on moving their before but because it was small she wasn't leaning in that direction. but for some reason she passed up a bigger apartment down the street from me cheaper and gated in pool with washers and dryers. well she was a OK neighbor until i noticed a plant it was big and ugly but right on the side of her door. now i say that because every and i do mean every time i came up the steps and walked to my apartment she came out to say hi . at first i thought i t was just me. but some of my freinds noticed it too but a year passed and then i moved away for school.now i never told her i was moving away for Orlando but 3 days later their she was. she knocked on my door i invited her in and we talked for a while then she left.she came back like almost every day after. so i left Orlando and when back now she said she went their because she hated Maryland and it was too much drama and ever since she was a little girl she wanted to get away.well im back in maryland and guess who i run in to yes she back and claims she misses it.Note her parents moved a way to cali and she only have 1 freind other than me that lives in maryland.

You might want to be honest and ask her something in a joking sort of manner like "Don't you feel it's kinda strange everywhere I go, you show up?, almost like you're following me?" Either she's very lonely for someone she feels is a friend and has no idea of her behavior (and some people are like that) and her intentions are simple, or she might be a little borderline...of something you need to be very careful of. Talk about her family...see where she stands with them. It might be a good idea if you get her thinking of going back closer to them instead of you- of which you might have been filling a space in her that she needs.
