Some people have been here awhile.i respect that,no hate or denial.
but New people come here new every day.and i think the deserve a chance to say,hey whats up,youre sweet how are you,alot of people dont judge,but some people do.this isnt the first time ive tried a site like this...but if you dont try...youll never know what you missed.so about me,im funny and outgoing,if i care for someone i tell them,if it goes further i start showing.yes im a poet,and im very proud of it,im only 20 years old,but have a good heart and i show it.my name isnt important yet,but you can call me Art,if youre interested in my poetry,let me know,thats a good start,and if you start to like me,well i just might like you,but if you never tell the person,they'll never have a clue.

damn sometimes you wouldnt believe it
but if i could say it to your face,hopefully you would need it
i can see us, side by side
loving one another till the day we die
but the horizons lookin mighty shy

truth is,there aint no comin back
for me or for you,i dont know how ill react.
when im with you.i see all the good in things

since this is the first piece I've come across of yours, I'll hold myself in check a tad, although I will say that you have talent and a sense of flow, hopefully you'll expand upon it and refine it. Because the world needs the younger writers more than it ever has, you've so much to say to teach the masses what's going on in your generation.. Welcome to the forum and I hope to see more from you

this is a nice start...

so i havent toched this site in awhile
not that i dont like it maybe im the one in denial
not to go on any rants but its rough getting hurt
maybe ill never know until i lay under the dirt
but maybe i will i always keep that hope
that one day ill find that one who helps me to cope
not disown me or dislike me for who i am
im not claiming perfect but i am who i am
sometimes it hurts so bad i could hardly stand
but i guess standing up is part of being a man
growing up,wasnt easy for me
but im not here to ask for any pity party
im here to say im a good guy
and ill do the best i can
i wont be shy
not afriad to tell a woman how kind she can be
i dont look at the stars
they could be in front of me.
and everyday may be a short struggle
but i just gotta be careful who i let into my bubble
at the same time
whatever way it goes
like i said
i just wanna show
a good woman,that love exists
when you know its there,its hard to miss
but what is love
well some may not know
to me its not material
its something you show
when times get hard,you hold her heart
and kiss her with passion
when shes feeling dark
alot of things,are in disarray
but i just wanna reach out and say
today,i may not find what im looking for
but ill be here,ill open that door
leave an extra option.
