Have you two ever heard the adage, "If you don't have anything nice to
say, don't say anything at all?"?

This forum is for everyone to express themselves through thoughts,
prose, lyrics, muse, etc. Do you write to poets, authors and
songwriters and comment so coldly on THEIR right to express themselves?
I think not. I think you find some amusement in condemning the free
speech of others here merely because you are bored. Well, it
worked...and now you've showed yourselves to be small-minded.

Hey Jenn, well I had read in an early post you were seeing someone and
as soon as I read this I knew it had ended. Jenn, I feel for you for I
have been there many times myself. But you cant give up for I still
believe there is still that special one out there for me and for
everyone. Dont do as many of us has done and build that wall to our
hearts so high not only can we not see over it but the good ones cant
see in either. Take time and think of what you want but dont give up.
For when you least expect it they will appear as if out of now where.
But you can not have a closed mind or heart when they do show up or you
will not see them for who they really are. Good luck girl.

TxsGal is right about not building walls, but at the other end of the
spectrum, don't have a revolving door.

I think you are looking too hard. Don't assume every guy that sweet
talks you is Mr. Right.

Relationships take time to develop. There are no shortcuts.

Advice from an "elder"...

Make friends, make alliances, exchange e-mail and IMs, keep your options
open, and smile (because you never know when the guy in the next car
might be diggin' ya).

You're far too young to be closing doors! Whenever a door like that
closes, throw back the covers, jump out of bed, run and throw open the
front door and holler, 'NEXT!!!" at the top of your lungs! Even if the
next playmate doesn't step up right away, all your neighbors will know
you haven't stopped living...

Jenn, took the words right out of my mouth for on the love part dont
matter how old ya are it happens to all of us. Would be nice if everyone
would just stand up and be honest with all but... dont see that
happening. So all we can do is keep going forward dont hurt to have the
walls up a little just not so high we get lost in our own little world
and shut eveyone else out. Best to ya girl.

I knwo the feelin Jenn..I get shafted at least once or twice a week in
reality and on the web..True hearts always get tread upon..btw nice

Jenn sorry to hear you guy is no longer in the picture but you shouldnt
give up. I was in the same situation and it sucked but seriously keep
the walls up for alittle bit until your ready to get back out there but
dont give up. Keep your head up, stay positive and conitnue to move
along.
