Let me take broad generalizations here and say this: So because our opinions differ I am automatically disrespectful? I'm thinking most of you have absolutely no idea what it is to live in a poverished area that is riddled with gangs and gang violence.

They've always disrespected even when I moved into the suburbs, I get pulled over when I'm walking down the street because they've had a lot of "robberies" on the road I just so happen to be walking down, which seems to be an awful lot of roads.

Well, that just means I'm disrespectful. You have your view, I have mine...police are relatively worthless and I standby that reasoning.

Society, in general, treats poor people with contempt and cops, being a part of society, ogten do too. There are some good cops, but it does seem like the bad outnumber the good.

It is human nature to want to blame people for their problems and find fault with them in their plight. People do this because otherwise it is too scary to realize that it could happen to anyone. Including themselves. Victims are scorned and blamed for being victims. Its what society does.

Bad cops are dangerous. Good cops are worth their weight in gold.

Like I said...it's a crap shoot. 50/50. Rules and regulations don't mean SQUAT!

Bad cops outweigh good cops 10 to 1. The odds are not in the favor...

...unless you can afford a good lawyer. That is totally the scam. Feed yrself/get a lawyer....hmmm...

Generally if it is really an issue of food or representation there are pro bono attorneys available to assist you in doing your own legal work. Most leagal actions do not require and attorney to file.
