If I ruled the world it would take the rest of my life time and then some to make the changes I see that need to be made....end homelessness, joblessness, hunger, abused people of all ages, wars of any kind, idiots in control (government and most of our bosses -LOL). Throw money at curing cancer, Alzheimers etc etc etc.

If I ruled the world for just one day I'd make it Everyone Gets To Travel To See A Loved One Day. Regardless of distance, expense etc. Everyone would get to spend a whole day with someone they miss and love.

I think i would ship all the Child molesters,animal abusers, rapists, violent, hard core felons to a prison up in Alaska, you know, up there where you can see Russia .
And then forget about 'em. No TV, no radio, hard work, only books, computers -pg.. No trial if past hx. of such; secret trials so no one would know the lawyers or jury. And no parole for 'good behavior'. The rest of the 'prisons' would be actually therapuetic and life changing and if they didn't get it and commited another crime...off they go to Alaska. Same thing for crooked, violent cops and crooked politicians. NO exceptions!
