Ive had it since 2001.Sits on table like so,and gets put away like so.
My cats still seem to make it on top of table and scratch themselves against branches.  Hey,looked at my lemon cake, box says good by nov 09.Think its still good or no ?? All that talk made me wanna make it now..

It's still good but I'd make it like NOW so you don't chance it any longer.. I usually throw things out if they expire.. Also just look at the color of the flour, etc...
