I love that movie but think that it has one of the absolutely worst endings of all time. Oldboy - "They say that people shrivel up because of their imagination. So imagine nothing - you'll become brave as hell." *starts moving forward to twist his teeth out with a hammer* The only movie they ever made of an S.K. book that I really liked was The Stand or possibly Needful Things (and they changed a lot of that one too, much to my chagrin), most of them end up being so far from the original book that it ruins it for me. |
