Careful, I think there is a scam going about from an Ogden, Utah number starting with (801) and asking to do a survey for the bank.
Be wary friends.

I had my mortgage with Chase....I refinanced just to get away from them. They are not a very nice company to deal with.

I got the 801 number but didn't answer it because I didn't know who it is. Other than that, I was pretty pissed off to learn that my bank got changed to Chase and yes, that was WaMu.

My old bank did their marketing from the Philippines, we'd get these calls from non-primary English speakers wanting to talk about our accounts and we just assumed they were scammers. They weren't. They mislead us saying they wanted to talk about something very important. So I contacted our bank and asked them to stop or we would close our accounts. The calls continued right up till we closed the accounts.
