Anyone have this? Seems like lately I can not get enough water to drink. Always having to get more an more water. >.<

ha ha ha. I don't like to drink pop/soda. Rather have milk, tea, coffee or water.

I get that sometimes also..then it's the unstoppable urge to take a leak what follows.

Could also mean you are either consuming too much alcohol, or salt, or have an intensive physical lifestyle. When we breathe, we are similar to panting dogs in that we expel water vapor. If your heart rate is up a lot because of physical activity you will sweat and breathe out more water which will cause you to be thirsty.

I do have blood sugar issues. But the thirst only happens once in a while. After 4 years of no medical attention I am going to the doc today so I will bring it up to her an see what she says about it.
