Wow! Are you sure you're alright? I fell a couple of months ago and still have a knot on my ankle and it still hurts at times..I didn't go to the emergency room either...so you need to go! It might be worse than you think, hitting concrete..I know you have a hard head...but jeez..remember what you told Tim? Hummmm?

I went up to the high school and had my son's trainer check me out. He said no concussion just a nasty lump and i'm going to have a headache so I'm fine. I just need to slow down.

I went up to the high school and had my son's trainer check me out. He said no concussion just a nasty lump and i'm going to have a headache so I'm fine. I just need to slow down. But is he a doctor ?Did he do Xrays? probably not right?

Hi Viv you had a good day? Hi Betts! I did have a good day...went to the Dr. and am going to have all the tests ran in the next few weeks..starting with blood work in the morning...no coffee..have to fast.. so I made the appointment for 7am so I can hurry up and have my coffee!
