What I don't understand is why nobody ever talks about the plight of the ploretariat any more.

you know you are probably right...but sex is freaking so easy to find...but what about times outside the bed...they don't wanna spend no time out of the bed...

I'm lucky to have 2-3 good friends with whom I have a relationship
as you describe. I write "2-3" because one of the women will "disappear"
for 2-3 months, then one day, I'll get a call. I consider them close
friends, sharing the good and bad. Dinner or lunch or out for drinks,
or watching a game at the house or going out to a game, among many
other activities.

And then we go our separate ways. They're great relationships and
I'd say much better than being "fully connected" :) It keeps things
less complicated, which is great for one's sanity.

I spend at least 2/3rd of my waking time outside of bed. And I still manage to have sex, 26 hours a day, 88 days a week. You're right, it's easy to find. The will power comes when someone says "no" to you and you have to convince yourself not to punch him or her out, as the case might be.
