Rat skulls....man that would be alot of work to clean those.
At first yeah, then it was like this is nice. Remember these were pigmies, so I was well above average. One thing I learned...never walk down a Mountain at night with heavy fog...had to use sticks to find my way and not fall off trail. Also if it white its water, if its black its carribou poo. |

I also have two arm bones from a japanese WWI soldier I got from a Igorot headhunter when I was in the phillipines last August. The anthropologist in me loves this!  The criminologist in me thinks ... that illegal to possess!  The Melody in me thinks -- who the hell cares what I think!  |

The igorots were so neat...they were tiny, carried machetties on left side rattan hats, goat skin backpacks, chewed bitter nut wrapped in banana leaves turned what few teeth they had blood red. lived in huts in the mountainside. Built their crops sideways on mountain, hunted wild hogs. Carried cell phones on the right.
It was the darndest thing Ive ever seen...and they speak a different language. |

It was truely transforming...
the funny part was me trying to teach the women basic income statement and balance sheet preperation. speaking 2 diferent languages...did it in 3 hours. |

sometime next year after my Jersey trip... My son is going to DC with school in April, then we're going to NJ for a week and then maybe something towards the end of summer.. I told you I wanted to do Hawaii... Mom of course wants me to go see her so we'll see..
