In romantic love I think you have to desire the person physically and mentally. You have to have both

Seems like a figment, may as well be one that dies an inevitable death.

That is probably true of some but not all. If you are ever lucky enough to find true romantic love you will want it the rest of your natural life.

I feel a bit of many things...

When properly inspired, romance is a powerful creation that has little to do with sex, often confused with foreplay.

" Romantic " love is a figment of Hollywood's imagination that has been foisted on us to the point that people think there is someone " perfect " out there and that their life will wind up just like the movies.

So maybe Hollywood exaggerates it...don't you still think we can experience it too..maybe not so dramatic, with the perfect hair, make up, backdrop, curtains blowing in the background..always the "right" music.

Can we have just some of it..?

But that's the problem.

People have seen " all of it " so many times that they refuse to accept the reality that they are most likely only going to manage to find " some of it ".
