You saw that too, eh?? lol I was out golfing weekend before last and one of the Par 3's has a pond right behind it. there are a bunch of ducks and geese in the pond. Well...as I was getting ready to hit, one of the ducks let out this really long quaaaaaaaaack and then a bunch of short ones. One of the guys I was golfing with said, with a completely straight face, " Wow. You haven't even hit the ball yet and that duck is laughing at you. " I swear, it took me 5 minutes to stop laughing long enough to actually hit my shot...lmao |

It happened to be standing on the fairway where his ball landed and took a shot right in the beak...lol |

That poor bird was sitting there minding his own business, trying to pick up a worm. Poor thing never saw it coming. After the ball hit it, it took off and did a couple of circles, then flew face first into a tree. It laid there for a couple of minutes, then got up and took off again. I don't think it's going to want to frequent golf courses for a while. I think it might have had a migraine for a couple of days. lol |

poor birds... I actually did something on the course last Sunday that I have never seen before. I hit my drive and the ball landed, went into a pine tree on a bounce, and actually got stuck on a branch about 3 feet off the ground. That was a big ole WTF moment...lmao On that note....I need to get to bed. See you ladies later. :-) |
