Cindy, how have you been feeling with your neck and back? Better I hope.. Some days are better than others Linda, depends on what I am doing...Friday I was a bit more physical having to help change one of our biggest students...there was no easy way to do it...stressed out my lower back somewhat. What I really need to do is find different type of work!  Back in a bit.
