No, it is not on the computer...lol

How many people know what a "hotlink" is for eating?

It seems to be regional and cultural for those who know what it is.

If you know, can you state where you live.

Love them. Can almost always find them in commissary or major groceries. Love to use the cooked spicey sausage in pasta salad.

Wrong Bill!! It's a sausage...we eat them with pinto beans and cornbread, or like any sausage...in a bun.

Peperonis are a hot spicy sausage. A guy comes around the bar selling them and canolis.

Okay so one of you is in Texas.

Are the rest of the positives in the south?

Never mind I perved everyone.

One from Ca. The rest from the south.

I have noticed that I have to go to a certain meat market to get the good kind of hotlink. Those little red ones in the store are not so great.

It seems people with southern exposure know what hotlinks are or at least that seems to be my experience. There are people up here that have no idea what it is.

They are versatile little things, I have even used hotlinks in my spaghetti instead of Italian sausage

You can use hot links in anything...and depending on who makes them...they can be mild to burning hot.....the hotter the better!
