weights...don't go as often as I should, my days at work are getting much longer. I'm actually looking into joining a yoga class. J |

I started weight watchers 6 months ago and I have lost 60 pounds, I do 40-45 minutes on the elliptical and I do about 35 minutes on the weight machines, I use to go about 5 days a week now I go about 3/4 days a week. My goal is to get to 5 days a week but I dont always have the motivation to get there. |

oh my god that's great! Good job Shag, I could stand to lose a few.
Some of the girls at work do WWatchers, it really works. One is a little on the fanatic side always counting the points...she not only counts her points, but everybody else's! Oh well, it usually keeps me from having the donut in the morning! J |

HAHAHA!! Jane, Yes I got about 5 other people on Weight Watchers at work
and we are always talking about points, but I dont count others lol |

Good going, Shag...That's a good sign of dedication there. Ever think
about trying out kickboxing? I hear it helps to tone up while you lose, plus learning to kick the crap out of people is a fairly good feeling. -=x |
