What's up Shag? What do you do at the gym? I like to swim and do
weights...don't go as often as I should, my days at work are getting
much longer. I'm actually looking into joining a yoga class.

Jane,
I started weight watchers 6 months ago and I have lost 60 pounds, I do
40-45 minutes on the elliptical and I do about 35 minutes on the weight
machines, I use to go about 5 days a week now I go about 3/4 days a
week. My goal is to get to 5 days a week but I dont always have the
motivation to get there.

oh my god that's great! Good job Shag, I could stand to lose a few.
Some of the girls at work do WWatchers, it really works. One is a
little on the fanatic side always counting the points...she not only
counts her points, but everybody else's! Oh well, it usually keeps me
from having the donut in the morning!

HAHAHA!! Jane, Yes I got about 5 other people on Weight Watchers at work
and we are always talking about points, but I dont count others lol

Good going, Shag...That's a good sign of dedication there. Ever think
about trying out kickboxing? I hear it helps to tone up while you lose,
plus learning to kick the crap out of people is a fairly good feeling.
