the hands of the clock never stop running
time is irrelevant, unimportant though it is never plentiful enough essence is slipping individualism has become a mass of confusion but somewhere above the ever running hands in the midst of the loss of orientation two pure souls collide they meld, and become one a promise of forever so seemingly perfect only to be torn apart by the hands of time but these two halves of the same whole they are never as they were pieces are given to those cherished and that small portion is never to return those original segments, and their keepers are never as they once were not until those souls unite once again however, even in this circumstance the hands of time cannot be reversed [wrote that a while ago. figured I'd see what you guys thought of it.] |
