In my world
there are no more tears
only laughter and joy
to replace heartache and fears

there are no drugs
for pain does not exist
wounds are only boo boos
cleansed by a mothers kiss

children shall be educated
morally and sincerely
their GODLY innocence
forever cherished dearly

no reason for war
for we choose not to hate
and equal opportunity
becomes every mans fate

the trees grow strong
intact, nature remains
no more destruction
to build for monetary gains

the elderly are respected
for all that they gave
pleasant memories they share
even from their grave

world leaders are honest
and care for humanity
instead of always asking
"what can you do for me"

there is never abuse
only tender hands
filled with compassion
rather than senseless reprimands

we no longer have to lie
to pretend who we are not
everyone is accepted face value
regardless of what their lot

none stand alone
for we all care
when times get rough
someone shall be there

In my world
I live in a dream
please do not wake me
or I just may scream

from this hideous nightmare
called LIFE.......

sometimes dreams do become
a reality, but in this case
my dream shall only become a
reality when I succumb to
that eternal sleep, but until
then I shall always "keep hope
alive", for the only thing
better than a great dream is
hope.....peace
