My Table
I have not seen this friend of mine, Planed out of old and planked of pine. He held my love, I dished in heart. I willingly gave in whole and part. My love was spiced and savored free, To all who came to sit and be. Bowled out in mass or tidbits shared. Tears could flow and hearts were bared. But, most of all I miss the prayers, That lifted up in humble tears. The hopes and dreams, my children there, At that brief moment..our only care. My friend knows all my hearts kept secrets, Grooves of life, the tears, the regrets. And joys beyond my heart's own reason, Forgiveness and faithful, the sprinkled season, That glitters my friend..I miss him so much. The smooth to my hand, the tears and his touch. I need to see this friend of mine.. Planked out of love and old of pine. Raine Les 11/20/2006 |

At your friends side is where I rest, holding the ones I love true and best. Many shared scents of seasons blessed.
Many memories of your friend and you close to me. Your gentle tuck-in before you went to bed. All held in this pine splintered broken down head. Now tossed aside with one leg missing, remembering our friend, wink. GREAT write my friend,, |
