Only in the kitchen. They trip my breakers and makes my lights flicker!... ...its too much for my breakers..they need replaced with 30 amps.

Our so called Maintenance man is suppose to be gonna do that but, he has to do the other house first. She just moved in and has a list. He will get to them I HOPE!!!...If not, My sis will call the owner and he will tell her to find someone else to come and do it for me..

Well..with her just moving in, I want her to be taken care of FIRST. We need the houses to be full!..There are 5 that she is manager over and I told her to get her stuff done first, i'm NOT going anywhere. I will be next. I don't have much on my list that needs to be done really and that is the most important thing. So it will get done. I do have heat though.

He said he would be over across the street to do hers yesterday and never showed up...I don't think he is going to be very reliable. I think we are going to have to get another one. He lives in one of the houses with his g/friend we will see what happens. But, the owner WILL make sure I get mine done. Trust me...He takes care of me and my sister pretty quick when he knows about it. Me and her are pertty high on his list. We are not allowed to have cats in any of his houses...guess who has a CAT????? ME!!!!...
