I'm sitting around in sweats and slippers today...all day! Me too. But no slippers.

I dyed my hair and it's kinda ... well, black. I'm not sure how I feel about it.

Yeah, it always comes on different on, like I have to stay away from certain shades because they end up orangey. I look super awful with orangey hair.

I'm going to dye it roasted chestnut next. Omg, the name matches the Christmas season! Squeeeee!!!
I'm sure it'll look better in a while, freshly dyed hair can be a bit daunting at first.

Seriously?? I loooove dyeing my hair. It's so thrilling. And it makes you look totally different. Once I got a shade a wee bit too light and it came out nearly blonde. That was hilarious. Another time, I had one that was a bit too red and I was looking like an Aborigine til it grew out. But I love love love dyeing my hair!

My niece is 12 and wants to dye hers. I think that's waaaaay too young but then I never dyed mine til I was 18.
I'm a huge fan of reds. Dark to bright and the shinier the better! Black Cherry and Roasted Chestnut both sound great. But then it's not like they can call then Poop Brown or Mud Pile or Nose Bleed

Well, the TRUE confession is that I've always had great hair!
I know that sounds SOOOOO vain (it is!) ... But, we've all got somethin' special right?  ... I'm skeered to wreck it!
That is the STREUTH! ...

If you like your hair, don't ruin it. The main reason I dye mine is because I have a lot of premature gray. I started getting it when I was like 20 or so, and for a while it was cool. But now I'm 36 and it's soooo not cool! |
