Hi, Entrepreneur35. This is indeed a bug which affects a small percentage of users. That helps you little, of course, so I'm hoping our development team can get to the bottom of it soon. I apologize for the trouble.

Yeah, this is still affecting a handful of people. I can't guarantee that it will be fixed in the immediate future (we've had little luck so far), so just know that you can always just treat the last account as the last page after you make a decision on it.

Please explain? What if I log in a new account and delete my current one...would that solve the problem? Thank for your help.

It probably would not be a bug on a new account, correct.

Hi Charles...

Just wanted to let you know that I still have that same problem, too.

Hi, Steve. I'm sorry to say that we're still particularly close to a solution at this point. Certain accounts just are not working properly in this area. If you want to create a new account, I could understand it.

If there's anything I can do to help figure out why it isn't working for the older accounts, let me know, Charles.

I could just create a new one, but I'd fear that anyone I've contacted in the past or has checked me out will think I'm some sort of scammer. But I may do it anyway. Is the problem limited to the old accounts?

Hi Charles...

Wanted to let you know that I'm trying the simplest approach of just creating this NEW account. I'll let you know if the problems return.
