Topic: I Really Need Fashion Tips from Women, Please Help | |
---|---|
Here is my situation I am kinda embarrassed about. I am 21 years old, never have been with a girl and never intimate with a girl. I am now trying to find a girl, but it's hard due to lack of experience.
I guess I should get some nice clothes, but what do girls like to see on guys generally speaking? I am kinda short at 5 foot 9 and I wear glasses, should I get contacts instead? Any tips greatly appreciated from women and men, I just want to get out and date some women but its much harder than I thought. |

I prefer a guy that is comfortable as himself. Dress as you like (just not dirty lol) and nothing wrong with glasses. Be yourself and don't try to impress others with being someone you aren't

OK man here's the deal. You can't get fashion tips from us. Just because I like something doesn't mean you or some other woman will. Some women hate glasses, some think glasses are hot. You gotta be you and what you feel most comfortable in. Confidence is the biggest turn on.

If that is you in the pic you have nothing to worry about

So what's the best place to find a girl to get into a dating scenario?
I guess my disadvantage being short and no girls like that, and I am kinda bulky in a way which may be a turn-off. |

I don't see you as short...I'm 5'7 so you are still taller than me. Like Jill said...confidence. It radiates.
don't change for others. be yourself and be happy with you |

if you let girls give you fashion advice you'll just wind up matching their purse and shoes
just wear what ever you want |

Lucky for you, I am a fashion guru. And no, I aint gay. I just know what looks good on me, and I am pretty good about telling others what they should or shouldn't wear.
Best advice. No matter what you are wearing, make sure it goes together. I know that you may think that only women have to match an outfit, but alot of women pay attention to what a guy wears. And make sure that your clothes are ironed. That is key. |

Ok, so lets say I go to a girl, what do I say to her?
How do I ask her out? I am fairly confident, but I have a Russian accent and I am a Communist which is a barrier too. |

Last few times I asked I failed.
I asked a girl the following: "would you like to take me on a date?" and another one I said to her: "wanna come to my house and pet my rabbit?" last one I said: "your kindness reminds me of my grandma" So 3 strikes and I am out. I am helpless. My English is not the best too. |

As the others have already said, be comfortable and confident. Oftentimes people will get too caught up in what to wear instead of how to wear it. Give two people the same outfit and it can look completely different by the way they feel about it and arrange it.
You're not short... And even if you were there are some women who dig that or have no preference either way. What we are self-conscious about often is often reflected in our body language bringing it to the attention of others when the may not have noticed it before. CONFIDENCE is key for both men and women. |
