Refrain from smoking. Day 10. Congratulations Just about over the hardest part Thanks. Going cold turkey. First three days were pretty rough but it's gotten easier since then. I've smoked for 25 yrs so I'm pretty proud of myself. Not sure why this time is different but so far so good. I won't say I quit yet (maybe at 90 days I'll feel okay saying it!), I'm just taking a vacation from it for now.
