yeah..I only drank Christmas eve, a couple glasses Christmas day, but didn't taste so good so I stopped. I see drinking as actually poisoning myself so not surprised it takes a couple of days for me to recover.
New Year coming..kinda bla, melancholy...thinking of ways to make 2010 a good year, for all. |

Yeah, as much as I had childhood plans to be a lush like my Da ...
( He 'seemed' to have more 'fun' than me tea total Ma ...) ... ... My body hated alcohol and saved me from myself! I just can't process it! Well, it does convert to ether (anesthesia) in the system, so it does take time to get it cleaned out! ... Esp. for those so sensitive to it, like us! Hence my xtra water and epsoms suggestions ... ... Epsoms are $2 at Target and Wally~World ... Use a third to half a container per bath, always! Edit to add: Maybe meditate your way outta thinkin' .... at least until your vehicle feels better ...

I don't usually drink, but on Christmas Day I had 3 glasses of Champagne. I did not sleep well that night and fell crappy the next day. I wonder if I am just sensitive to alcohol. |

yep, bath meditation is easier for me on days like this..so that is what I'm off to do. And epsoms are a staple around here. Thanks Kate
