We'll be frying 3 turkeys.. I never had fried turkey.Do you like it better than roasted? Much better than roasted and I love to roast a turkey! Is it greasy? What a bout stuffing? It's not greasy at all.........and moist!! Oh boy!! I make the dressing...use the giblets to make the broth.. Cornbread dressing with oysters....yummy!!!

They're be 10 of us...including Roberto..and no I'd invite him, but he wouldn't come...doesn't speak english and very shy..but he will not go hungry on Thanksgiving...and if he decides to join us, he'll be welcome. One of the turkeys is for Brenda...so she can have leftovers...lol and with two 17 yr old grandsons...two will be cutting it close!
