Why are passengers on boats, and water craft required/furnished life jackets(by law), and passengers on planes and aircraft are not furnished parachutes?
Wouldn't you like to have the option of jumping to safety with a parachute strapped to your back, I know I would!

I pack a parachute in my carry-on. (just in case) Good idea...but if/when they put more and more restrictions on "carry-on" luggage, then might have to do something else...but till then...good idea! |
