It does BIG TIME!!!...

The other day when we went up there..she told the nurse
look who come to see me..my two sisters...Shirley and Linda.
I looked at her and Said MOM!!..she said silly me..I meant to
say my two daughters!!!...she's getting worse all the time..

one of these days you'll probably start going up twice a week.....when she starts to get worse!
I just hope shes around for a long time yet!!!!! I cant imagine my parents in a nursing home.....it will be hard! ENJOY EVERY MINUTE!

Oh when she starts getting worse we prolly will but then again I don't know..when she gets really bad and can't get around we will long as she knows us. Its really hard. She has no concept of time at this point anyway. She thinks we come everyother day anyway now. Later she won't even know who we are. Its really gonna get SAD!!.. ..I don't want this to sound mean and I sure don't mean it too..but I don't ever want to see her lay and suffer like I have seen patients like her lay and suffer with this in nursing homes when I worked in them. Ya know what I mean...

My grandmother got to the point where she didnt know ANYONE......and that hurts so much!!!!! I had to stop going in, twards the end, it hurt to much to see her that way!!!!!

I'm glad you understand what i'm talking about. I just don't want my mama to suffer!..My dad did but not in the hospital. All of his life he only spent one night in the hospital and then he passed away. I don't want mom to pass anytime soon for sure, God forbid!!!..But I just don't want her to suffer from what she has!..Its hard enough now!!..

well....its saturday, which he hardly EVER comes in on the weekends.....BUT HE DID TONIGHT!!!!!! I was surprised to see him!

I know he hardly ever comes in on the weekends but you know
me I just HAD to ask!!!...

it was kinda funny.....and i wish i coulda seen MY FACE.....cuz, i had my back to the counter doin something......& when I turned around...........THERE HE STOOD!!!!!
im SURE my eyes bulged....& i instantly smiled, said hey whats up? he gave me the BIGGEST SMILE & WINK!!!!!!!!!! PRICELESS!

I would have LOVED to be the FLY on the wall THEN!!!!..
That would have been ONE sight to see for sure!!..I bet his
face lit up too!!!.. YOU wink right back?

ya...his face lit up too....cuz i was more in the back.....with my back to the front.....and when i turned around & walked twards the front....his eyes lit up........
of COURSE.....i had the wink right back!

WOOOO HOOO!!...I am expecting that ride just anyday now!!..
