Now I need to hang on to something to help myself up. The mind gets better and better, the body, not so much. Not complaining here, just stating facts. |

I've noticed that you can't fight gravity. I want my hair pulled or pinned UP, bras have to be UP-lifting, make-up applied in an UPsweep, I look better if I hold my chin UP and the list goes on.

Gravity increases as we get older....stuff is heavier,harder to get up,ect.....eventualy it sucks us right into the dirt

All true, and the if we fall the ground seems to hit us harder than ever!

I have also found that things I used to "run" to are now too far away to walk to. And that if it's not at arms length I can't read it.

it seems like every few months my eyes get worse. Know in a few years will be wearing glasses all the time. I can't see for s**t at night, at all! Can't tell what lane the cars are in coming towards me or gauge how fast they are going! AAAUUUUGGGHHHHH!
 Otherwise, being in my 50's feel better about life than in all of it past.
