The first thing I said was I've never stolen anything to get from point a to point b. That should answer your question, or at least half of it. I just want to leave your arrogant arse hanging, go find another hippie to bug and ask them. But I don't think I'd start the conversation by ridiculing them and accusing them of being a thief. You're never to old to go on a grand adventure, unless you let age dictate what you see as socially acceptable. This is something I've always wanted to do ever since I drove a semi and saw beautiful things, but didn't have time to stop and appreciate them. And as far as Jerry being dead, to quote The Flaming Lips,"realize the sun doesn't go down, it's just an illusion, caused by the Earth spinning round."

I've always wanted to go to a burning man, but from what I hear tickets are $200 and water is for sale as well as food.
Check out a Rainbow Family gathering. Their website is kinda down right now, but they have regional gatherings all year round, and then one huge one every July 1-7. About 15,000 people show up and everything is free. Everyone shares what they can, and nobody does without. July fourth everybody is silent from dawn till about noon praying for world peace, and almost everyone there gives off really loving vibes. Definetely worth checking out.
