What food - if any - do you turn to in times of ongoing stress? Depends on my level of stress. Extreme stress like deaths, I am not hungry at all, have to make myself eat. But the everyday kinds of stress cause me to eat just about anything. My favorite foods are mexican food and pizza so that would be best...lol |
