Topic: Pornograhic material!! | |
---|---|
I am shocked to find pornographic material here on mingle. Makes me want to never visit this place again, it was disgusting, I saw it on a profile from India.
I would be pleased if things like this would be taken care of. |

you will need to report these so they can be taken care of. That is not allowed on this site.
Thank you, Kim Site Moderator |

What shall I do to report it? I would not like to go into that profile any further.

Not everyone has the same idea of what pornographic is,,,I think though that there are regulations regarding such material on this site as well as instructions on how to contact the administrators. And if all else fails,,,I think the Contact us options at the bottom of the forum work wonders. I wrote to ask about posting pictures in the forum and got an immediate and accurate answer. I really think the admins here are fair and professional,, just talk to them.

Oh yes, I was shocked when I first joined. I was doing a search one night as to who was online, they show both men and women. A woman from another country with her legs spread open. It was disgusting. I put myself on stealth, got on her profile and reported her.

Great to hear others do the same, report them, we don´t want this bad stuff here on mingle. The moderator has taken care of it, it definitely didn´t belong here was the answer. I know what pornography is, you recognize it when you see it. I am grown up so I don´t doubt what is pornography or not.

Yes, those pervs belongs somewhere else, together with other pervs! Just because someone is free in their thinking doesn't mean they are "pervs"! I love naughty material! Don't label me! Inappropriate pictures, however, do not belong on the site. This is not that type of "adult site". Sexually explicit content has it's place and it's not here. I digress. When you view a profile, there is a "report" link you can use to report abusive or inappropriate material. I'm sorry you were offended. Please stay because this is fun site. The MODS do their best but their best is only gauged by how well the members use the system to bring these issues to their attention. |

LOL, I think there is just an easy mistake often made between offensive and pornographic. For instance, someone sitting with their legs open may be seen as offensive to many, yet pornographic to many others. I was only stating that pornographic is a pretty subjective adjective. By the strictest terms , the men with their shirts off could be considered pornographic,, but mostly they arent.

You know, this is ridiculous,it´s inappropriate to talk about something you haven´t seen yet. When the moderator takes it away of course then you must understand it is inappropriate otherwise she wouldn´t remove it. To think I don´t know what I have reported is nothing to discuss.
If someone thinks a naked woman spreading her legs while sucking a mans dick is appropriate then you maybe should find another place to be or talk. I must say it´s not fair to discuss this when you don´t even know what picture it was. And you must know I am a grown up person and not a baby who report something which is nothing to report. I would say it is inappropriate to even devalue my knowledge. |

I have friends that send me links to those profiles!!!!!!!!

Another thing I think respect for each other is important. We don´t need abuse.

I apologize that you felt this was aimed at you , it was actually a response to a person posting after you who said that she found pornographic material too and then described simply that someone had their legs open. I wasnt refuting what you saw at all, just raising a point as a response to the original question about how one might define pornograhpic to make such a distinction of what should or shouldnt be pulled. |
