I have learned from every encounter.
The purity of a laugh.
The warming of the skin from a touch.
The relaxation of a hand running through my hair.
The thrill of a smile.
The intensity of the eyes.
The passion of conversation.

Love and loss is just a teacher.
Showing what can be.
What should be.
What will be.

So when it's here,
I will know it's here.
