No .
I celebrate only personal things . Those who created these kinds of celebrations must celebrate for us all . I save my money, my dignity and my common sense . It seems the business community always find something to celebrate. Huh....isn't it all business at the end ?. |

I don't celebrate these silly commercialized holidays...I don't dress up and don't give out candy. I celebrate the Solstice's, that's it.

Holidays are what you make of them, you can think they are only commercials events or only religious event or spiritual events what matters is that you celebrate with your heart and as for Holloween for the pleasure of the children the young ones and the old ones.
Commercial holiday or not seeing a happy child as no price. |

Yup. That's my main reason for "celebrating" Halloween. It's not so much celebrating the holiday for it's own significance. It's more that it provides an opportunity to get together with friends and family (and even new acquaintances) and have fun. (Hooray for costume parties!) That's really pretty much what all holidays are about for me.

I dressed up like a Pirate, some annoying woman came up to me and said "Ooooh, what a scary Pirate, but are you here alone, where are the rest of your buccaneers?" I told her that they were under my bucking hat.
