and while it's a cutie, it's not supposed to be there. my landlord would KILL me if he knew we had animals in the house.
she's asperger's, so she's to-the-letter. i told her she's not allowed to bring that big plastic box in with the snake...so now the darned thing is slithering across the carpet. *sighs* |

 Once when my son was about 4 he came running to tell me there was a big spider in his room. So here I go thinking awwww no biggie spiders don't freak me out I will just kill it.....
Well got in his room and he pointed it went under the bed no problem I will get the broom and hit it first wack and it will be dead... Went and got the broom and got on my knees to see this spider that was freaking my son out. WEll ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh **** I was looking face to face at a Big azz Tarantula instead shshsh have no clue where it had come in the house at....... after killing it for hey a spider is one thing but now I get the hibbie jibbies when it comes to tarantula's. I got the caulk gun out and plugged every hole I could find.... |

i have a no-pet clause in my lease. however, my landlord did say that he doesn't count fish and such as pets. snakes make even less mess...and since it's only a little garden snake, it'd only require insects to feed.
however, i really feel that a pet-ownership relationship should be beneficial to both, and fair to both. i looove me some cats. cats are independent, and i don't have to be all nurturing all the time. i also don't have to walk them. birds and dogs are too noisy. |
