For me it was free. Im not sure about someone who already has insurance,
but don't quote me, there was not questions asked. I think if your
insurance won't cover it, they pay for you.

Well I guess your going to have to exterminate me but IL agree
with you on this as far as what smoking does. It's something I do wont

I am a none smoker and I think they should have fixed all the people of
the world that think they are better than someone else just bacause of a
habit .That way they could not reproduce and cause more talk about how
to kill people off instead of looking at themselves .

well if u exterminate smokers, and drinkers, why don't ya do it to
everybody and be done with it.

I am a heavy smoker and IMHO what I do with my body is nobody's business
but my own. I would never dream of telling someone else not to eat
artery clogging deep fried food (even though I don't) or not to drink
alcohol (even though I drink very rarely myself) or not to watch porn
flicks (even though I loathe any type of pornography), so what gives
anyone else the right to tell me how to lead my life?

There is such a thing as freedom of choice, which is an integral part of
the fabric of American society. What's next? No McD's as fast food
pollutes the body? No driving cars as they pollute the atmosphere?
IMHO it's time to take a stand against the modern day Nazis who want to
regulate our lives right down to the Stairmastering, Grape Nut eating,
Slimfasting minute. I am a free spirit and intend to continue smoking
and eating junk food whenever and wherever I please. I may not live as
long as a non-smoker, but I refuse to practice deprivation and I will
enjoy every minute of my existence.
