Oops. Sorry. I'm back. I got sidetracked then had to restart my internet. I've had some kids out of school for over 2 weeks! Sorry to hear about your date Jayne. I sure wouldn't have given him 2 1/2 hrs. He's lucky you put up with him that long.

Wow Jayne he is a real jerk.did you meet him from here? I hope he paid for dinner at least. No he was through an acquaintence. Met him a couple of times briefly and he seemed OK. When he asked me to dinner, I thought "Why not?" Now I know why not!!! When I got home, he actually told me he would call. I said I didn't think we were compatible. He said I'd be wishing I hadn't said that in a few days. HE IS WRONG!!! what a cocky S>O>B> I survived my first jerk ladies and trust me...there are plenty more like him Gees Thanks Betty! That's encouraging Well was the dinner good at least? Yeah but it would have better if I was sitting at a separate table

Arrghhh... "Basically it came down to he thought he was wonderful and I should be grateful that he took me to dinner. He told me "at your age, a woman should be happy that any man is interested, especially one like him" I could not wait to get home!!! What a waste of 2 1/2 hours." Jayne...I am soo sorry to hear this...I have had similar experiences...just not for a while. Can we laugh together about this? You are better than he is... Well you know, Jan, apparently I am old and should take what I can get! I'd rather join a convent!!! Jayne..give him the attention he deserves... which would be none.!!! NO you are not old. And you NEVER have to settle for what you can get. Because you are awesome and beautiful and wonderful and stupendous. And dont listen to the jerks ....even if you encoutner hundreds of them...we are real...our opinion counts...theirs does not...

He was too into himself to really notice me or what I was saying!!!!
