Well I had just hung up from talking to Carl anyway...
 I kept refreshing to see if you were here yet though... Unless something happens he will be here Wednesday!!..

OH, nothing wrong with his puter..he got that ladies over to his house and hers wouldn't work either. Its the phone lines...So he called the phone company and they can't get there till thurs. and he said no, I will be out of town. I think he will be. He said unless something unforseen happens and I really think he will be. |

ummmmmmmmm Linda.....I do believe if something was wrong with the telephone lines..............he wouldnt be able to use his PHONE hardly either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean, if he cant use his computer....he shouldnt be able to use the phone either!

I don't know about that. That has happened to be before too. It takes more to dial in on a computer then it does to use the phone. that is what my phone company told me at one time long time ago. I told him to run a cord from the outside box to the computer tomorrow and that will tell him if it is the outside line or the inside lines. It could be the inside lines giving him problems too. Alot of static on the phone all the time.

Sometimes there is so much static on the line he calls and has to hang right up and try again and again and then we can hear each other. I'm thinking it might be inside.

OH NO!!!...Its not raining here anymore and its about 56 here and tomorrow gonna be 60 with sun. I hope ya'll don't get snow tomorrow.

I know it is......that is about all we ever get is ICE!!! Its
TERRIBLE!! EXPECIALLY Black ICE!! WRECKS everywere in DALLAS and FT.WORTH!!! I won't drive if it ices over..

well, being from IOWA, and dealing with it every year....and LOTS OF IT.....we're all pretty used to it, & can drive on it pretty decent!! there ARE alot of accidents with the ice....and people goin to fast of course!!!! On ICE....its pretty hard to control anything...so it does suck pretty bad!!

I would freeze up there where you are as cold as it gets. I would have to wear long underware under my clothes...

oh we do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and sweathirts under our winter coats, hats, mittens, scarfs, sometimes boots........MANY LAYERS!!!
It gets WAAAAAAAAY below zero here...and with the wind chill on top of it.....it can be 50below or better!!!!!!!!!!! |

I would NEVER be able to leve the house. I would be frozen totally!!!!!...You might as well break me up if I go outside and bury me somewhere!..
