we have some nonroad ragers in the house tonight:banana:

I start looking for a CD I want to hear... usually something mellow, relax and ride it out.

While I can understand the need for and ambulance to be in and extream hurry AND can remember more than one dumbarse people getting in front of the abulance and waveing making me praying that my infant son not only make it to the hospital but that I would one day again see them and blow them to kingdom come I don't see getting worked up about ordinary traffic.

It is pretty predictable how long it is going to take you to get most places and if you don't want to allow the time to get there accomodating for the slow pokes you are picking your own poison.

Considering that most cars are comfortable even pleasant if you turn on the radio (or a DVD for kids) I don't understand the drama. Especially when for most trips you have a multitude of opportunities to stop to "relax", eat, or shop until traffic eases up. For me a working Mom commuteing was often my few serene personal moments in a long day.

Certain times of the day here are simply ridiculous. During those the seniors get out and drive. Can't see their heads and they're in no particular place to go mode. Aughhhhhhhhhh! God love 'em but I swear there should be a law that if you aren't getting to work, appoint., ect you go out before 7:30a or wait until after 9:30a. Same as rush hour.
Driving at night is a no-no and for others, get off the dam phone. I was behind a woman in a van who was swerving all over the road, slowing up and then speeding. Thought she had been drinking. When I got into my lane to exit and passed her she was turning to yell at the kids behind her, talking on the phone and driving. noway noway
It's still not a law here for texting/talking and now they're worse dangers.
I drive a huge truck (unfortunately but can't afford to sell it or buy new-used) and people just naturally stay out of my way- since it's older and bumpers of steel. Tail gaters...well I just slow down more. It's kinda funny how upset they get but know they can't do a thing.
