Whatever.... LOL you gave sites I gave a site... you think my site is bull as I think your site is bull, my point was I agree that it should be used as medicine... yes I do... but it should remail illegal outside those medical uses...

Show me 100 sites for it, I'll show you 100 sites against it, and thus we end up right back here...

You can never expect a person that loves his pot to stop the fight..

how is it B.S. when President Obama calls for allowing states to make their own decisions on whether or not to allow medical marijuana?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20091019/ap_on_bi_ge/us_medical_marijuana_19

According to the story, the Feds can no longer pursue medical marijuana users in the 14 States in which use is legal. Yay! Now we just have to work on the rest of the States and nullifying other unconstitutional Federal laws. glasses drinker  smokin

Heard this today about the medical marijuana...

Reporting from Washington - Atty. Gen. Eric H. Holder Jr. said today the Obama administration is officially reversing the federal stance on medical marijuana and ordering authorities not to arrest or charge any users and suppliers who conform to state laws.

WTF???? Thats some real B.S!

Pay attention to the quotes here...

Reporting from Washington - Atty. Gen. Eric H. Holder Jr. said today the Obama administration is officially reversing the federal stance on medical marijuana and "ordering" authorities not to arrest or charge any users and suppliers who conform to state laws.

Also mentioned in the article that the DEA has better things to do then to prosecute for marijuana.
My opinion is that it's illegal for a reason and should not be allowed bc most ppl can't function well on the crap. Imagine someone working with heavy equipment or driving a cab. I know that its done but the reaction time makes the chances of hurting or even killing someone more likely.

Look4you,

It's all about medical marijuana.

Yes it's all about medical marijuana. Nothing wrong with it at all. No one, not one single person has the right to tell another dying human being they can't have this stuff. They have no right to tell that chemo patient they can't have it. It's ok to put deadly chemicals in their body that might help them survive or just might kill them. While they losing their hair, getting sick as a dog, let them have it by golly.

They would have to throw my dying sick butt in jail I can promise you that.

Anyone that doesn't condone medical marijuana, well let's just say I don't understand it because there is absolutely NO reason to allow these people for medical marijuana.

I wonder what took so long for these morons to agree to this. Did some of their family get sick or terminally ill and they found out that marijuana helped their loved one?

When my brother was dying from ALS he didn't get dementia like my father did. He was depressed and crying all the time, knowing he was only 42 and dying. Many times seeing the sadness in his eyes I wanted to give him some weed to help him through his final months. Can anyone honestly say someone like that should not have it? I sure hope not, maybe one day it will be them.

God bless all those that are sick or terminally ill. May God be with their families as well.

I has to take one hard core selfish S.O.B to deny someone dying of some horrid disease, to not allow them relief of that suffering.

So, why is alcohol legal? That is a sure way to an accident.

Also, medical use of prescription drugs carry the same risks. There really is no reason to keep medical mj illegal.

A&E tonight is having a show on Pot city, USA. Documentary 2009 Law enforcement officers in Humboldt country California, go after marijuana growers. Interesting story.

So far this story shows that legalizing it for sick folks is being taken advantage of. A whole town is transformed from a friendly low crime place to a dangerous place to live for ordinary folks because people rent large homes to grow it for sale for other purposes other than the sick who need it.

They destroy the homes they rent. They have many guns and dogs to protect the homes but rarely are seen in the homes until late at night, with lots of traffic in and out after dark. Which scares the heck our of neigbhors. I can't say I blame the towns people who are forced to leave thier homes and their once tranquil town.

The electric company is taking in huge sums up to 5000.oo per month from these illegal grow houses, that use large quantity of energy. the electric company gets this money in cash, so the police fear they are complicate in this practice.

Growers ruin the houses, often leaving them trashed and unlivable, landlords raise the rents that regular people can't afford anymore. And if they stay in their homes they can't go outside in their yards with out smelling pot. Home owners, often join in rather than do the right thing, getting huge amounts of money renting to the growers. This is the side affects of dumbass laws.

A young man that writes about the abuses of the growers says that the growers themselves are against legalization of pot. I thought that was strange until he explained that that is their living and they are making money hand over fist, of course they don't want it legalized.

I think one day just like alcohol it will be legalized when we are tried of the cartels and the illegal growers and their brand of terror.
