Hey all,
well as you probably guessed i'm 30 something single and hating it. I know i'm a bloke and that means i don't care, but the thing is, i do. I don't want to be like this my whole life. Like everyone i have made a few mistakes, but surely were allowed a few, does it mean i have to be alonefor eternity??????? I just want to love and be loved, why should my income be the main thing??? the be all and end all. It shouldn't, but in this day and age thats all people seem to care about, is this right? Well as far as i'm concerned no, i have no money to give, no home i own, all i have is my heart and this i give freely to the one whom deserves it most. Am i old fasioned possibly who knows.... |

I'm the odd man out, I'm 33 single and I love it. I hated being in relationships. Although I do feel bad for the ones that aren't happy, I wish you luck finding the right person :)

I dont think that you honestly believe that your lack of money and possessions is what is keeping you from love and relationship. Sounds like you are just a little down and could use a priority re adjustment. Maybe if you live just for yourself for awhile and fill your life with hobbies and new activities you will forget about your lonliness long enough to find love.. If you decide that is still what you want

Peoples...... There is no reason to cry the blues when you have to fly solo. Just look at it as a little time to come to terms in advance for all the little boo boo's you are going to make in the next relationship. Personally, solo don't really bother me. Don't get me wrong, I love spoiling my girl, and there is nothing better then coming home to your baby when you have had a hard day at work. But please, I mean please, don't go and have a little pitty party cause you're making reservations for one. Make all us singles proud to be out there workin the chains. Peace !!!

well im 30 , single and im loving it.
even although its been 5 yrs now lol dont get me wrong. there are certain things i miss about being in one but the things i dont miss overpower the ones i do miss. |

Im 32 and I hate being alone. I hate not having someone to wake up with or falling asleep with, not having beautiful eyes to stare into as they speak to me.
On the flip side, Im using this "alone" time to re-evaluate what I want from a relationship and get some personal growth done. Its up to you on how you want to see it and handle it. |

It's because you haven't really taken advantage of all the benefits of being single person. I know I haven't but I'm working on it. |

I sympathise with you my friend.I'm 40 and still single and don't enjoy it.And now I am pushing 41 and hope my fortunes turn around very soon.I am a late bloomer in life in the romance department.A lot of people claim they are happy single,I am not one of them.

It's all about putting things in perspective.Use the time u are given for things that u always wanted to do,but never had the chance.Find happiness in yourself first and foremost.Life is too short to waste it being unhappy becuz u are single.

To some money is a big issue. But, I grew up hard, struggled to raise 2 kids & take care of a family & still broke. I figure I'll die broke so money isn't an issue for me!!!
