 I was asking about the thread..I found it. I was reading what everyone was writinig in there!... That is good!..That way you can see the change as you loose. Its also good about that thread here that way you will have alot of support from your friend.  Where is it? It is cute I do agree!!..  , but I do like your new pic too!.. Thanks, I did it since I started to change my diet and all. Now I'll have before and after photos. I also joined a weight loss site, hopefully I can find some buddies on there. I also started a weight loss thread here. Where is what? |

Oh duh, sorry wasn't sure what you meant, the one here or the other site. I know losing shouldn't be this difficult, but its hard for me to keep motivated.

I went to a weight loss dr. and lost alot of weight. I can post what he helped me do. It was not a fast loss but always remember. Fast loss weight is fast weight gain. You don't want to loose it fast or you will gain it right back. This should be in that thread!!..
