will try it before I get to bed. its what i had to do when i fell on the ice....OUCH So what did you do. Just lay on the ice where you fell. no kinda slid off it 10 grand in titanium in my back didnt help matters

cant do painkillers.. I got addicted to the last one :( yay ice on my butt Hey we could start calling you ice butt you could be the latest rage in gansta rap heck yes!! always wanted to be gansta Hopefully that made ya feel better at least for a second maybe

still hurts like a mofo.. but my legs are not numb an dont hurt so I know I didnt mess up my slip disk more. but tomorrow will be the real test.. usually take 3 days till I know if I messed with the disk. Hope to god I didn't mess it up, then I will have to get back on the pain killers.. I really don't wanna do that!

Its been a week an it still hurts!! The ice did not help, the ibuprofen just turned my tummy. Didn't help at all.
