I tend to be "Mr. Cool" on the outside, but swimming in emotion internally...

I find myself asking for patiece from others, but just realized lately I don't have any of my own. Something I am working on

Wow, there are so many factors. Similar to you I think I tend to rush in emotionally, but hold back externally. It sucks to get in to a relationship and then realize you should have taken it slower.

I've always rushed into relationships...my last boyfriend and I were living together after like 2 weeks...ridiculous, I know! I was only 20, but we did have 5 years on and off...

Patience isn't a strong point of mine, but I'm working on it.

Its so hard when you fall for a person not to rush in i try to keep my emotions in check then i am a wave and i do just hope she can swim

I do it all the time.

I think you know when you know... but going slow has better results. It keeps you from moving too fast and ignoring red flags or other issues.
6 months is a good time frame to use before making any big decisions. |

just be your self and don't hold back at least then they will know who you are instead of going against your norm,

I try not to rush into a relationship, but sometimes it does not work out that way. As for Patience I have alot of it in me. |

I'm not patient, but I've learned when to shut up and not ruin things, so that's even better.

I don't rush into relationships so I guess I'm patient in that respect but when it comes to every day patience I have very little most of the time... I do remind myself to chill and wait for it, wait for it (whatever it may be which usually involves work or driving)...
