Well just got back after taking Nikki to look at the house and going over paper work she made them and offer on the house.They have really done a lot of work to the house inside and out. So guess we will see if it goes through or not depends if they take the offer she made....

Yeah I was actually surprised the way the house was it is and older home but it has recently been remolded on the inside and painted on the outside as well.
Not bad she turns 25 Nov 1st and she could be signing the paperwork before then for her first house. She really likes it has the original hard wood floors in part of the house that look great. Can't wait to see if they take the offer... |
