What I've learned is that having a partner who suffers from a lack of intellect, of creativity, or the ability to communicate effectively, will quickly result in my becoming very bored. I guess I have a low tolerance (not to mention a limited attention span) for that sort of situation.
The other thing I've learned is that I need to be watchful of people who claim, at least initially, to want the same things and the same lifestyle I want. It almost always turns out that they're being dishonest about that, and things become problematic when the truth comes out. |

Never really have dated, great relationships in the past developed from friendships.
Except for good sex & intimacy (including great kisser!) and, yes, eye candy; ... I look for the same traits I hold dear in all my friendships: Integrity Loyalty Warmth Tenderness Compassion Intelligence Humour (Needs to be twisted!) Accountability Adept Communication Skills Common Interests Playfulness Adventurous Non-dogmatic/Open minded Tough Spirited Upbeat |
