I am still nicotine free folks...whooooo hoooooo. It will be a month on the 8th of October. I wanted to treat myself but I have to move so cannot do it this month and will be moving again probably at the beginning of next month....don't ask.... So maybe in December I will be able to celebrate three months of nicotine freeness.

Any suggestions on what to do for the celebration of nicotine free????

First of all Congrats! on your cont. success hun. Although moving is generally considered tiring & stressful this is actually a hidden blessing for U because it's keeping your hands & mind preoccupied. As far as the celebration goes how about treating yourself to a manicure/pedicure/massage.Godspeed!Cyflowerforyou

Great suggestion, would love to but I cannot do it cause of my MS. But I can walk and do the same thing. That mountain hiking is a bit much for me. flowerforyou

Just putting on a sweater and just sitting in the autumn air feels sooo good

Or a short walk

Your lungs just open and expand with every breathe you take

I'm smoke free to!!!

First let me say: CONGRATS!!!!!!!

May I suggest booking yourself for a massage??

The massage will not only feel fantastic & indulgent.. it'll help ease some of the MS discomfort.. AND... it breaks up toxins stored in the body (muscles/cells).. simply follow up your massage with a large glass of water and you will remove/flush from your body lots of the stored up nicotine.. which will have you feeling like you've been smoke free for far more than the 3 months
