I am still nicotine free folks...whooooo hoooooo. It will be a month on the 8th of October. I wanted to treat myself but I have to move so cannot do it this month and will be moving again probably at the beginning of next month....don't ask.... So maybe in December I will be able to celebrate three months of nicotine freeness.
Any suggestions on what to do for the celebration of nicotine free???? |

First of all Congrats! on your cont. success hun. Although moving is generally considered tiring & stressful this is actually a hidden blessing for U because it's keeping your hands & mind preoccupied. As far as the celebration goes how about treating yourself to a manicure/pedicure/massage.Godspeed!Cy |

Now that is what I call willpower. Good work and go have a nice treat of sweets. Maybe a chocolate cake?

I walk my dog three or more times a day so I do get to walk and I think about how much my lungs must enjoy it better now..lol |

First let me say: CONGRATS!!!!!!!
May I suggest booking yourself for a massage?? The massage will not only feel fantastic & indulgent.. it'll help ease some of the MS discomfort.. AND... it breaks up toxins stored in the body (muscles/cells).. simply follow up your massage with a large glass of water and you will remove/flush from your body lots of the stored up nicotine.. which will have you feeling like you've been smoke free for far more than the 3 months |
