Topic: How do you know. IT (what every it is) is the right thing to

Is there anyone else out there who,to everyone else you may seem to have it (once again what ever it is) together. And the pressure to keep it togeter is about to make you insane. But of couse you dont have time to have a meltdown because, well you are suppose to have IT together. What do you do?

that's what friends are for, girl :) the ones who know you don't always have it together, nor do they expect you to always have it together, and won't tell anyone else when you don't have it together.

I take some time out for me, to do something that makes me feel good. That recharges my batteries so I can get back out there and do it all over again... :)

I am one of those people, with all that is going on in my life right now,, keeping it together sometimes is so damn hard,,, My kids depend on me I am the strong one,, well in thier eyes yet inside i feel at times I am melting,,, I have learned long walks and deep Meditation Helps me alot, and of course long talks with a good friend who seems to know what Im feeling before I do,,,

I make time for me to get it together...I weeded out my life so I run it now...IT doesn't run me!!!!!!!! Time with and for myself is the best thing I can do when my so called "togetherness" is about to fall apart!!!!!!!! I decided what the most important things were to me and they weren't running all over hells half acres trying to help others and their causes anymore!!!!!!!
