Why is lingerie so popular?

Well, I've never understood the appeal of lingerie at all.

But then I've been wearing glasses for a long time....

I love lingerie, but I wear it for myself just because it makes me feel good.

Thats funny, Ive never had a man have a problem with me in my lingerie.. or taking it off me.

Seriously,, I think you need to be able to feel good when you look at the person and not feel your skin crawl or your stomach turn.

This doesnt mean anyone has to be a model or anything, just that we all have our own personal physical turnoffs. I think character is most important, but on the internet, u cant be sure about character as quickly as you can about appearance. I tend to look at pics first and those that seem , at the very least,'normal' or 'average' then get my attention. I look at interests after that to see if there is ANYTHING in common to build on.
